The Shaping Of Your Life

A breathtaking sunrise at Cape Hillsborough , Mackay.

EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON, always. Every experience in your life, good or bad, is designed to shape you and help you grow and evolve into the highest and greatest version of yourself that you could ever imagine yourself to be. The only thing is... you don’t see it.

You may find it hard to believe that there is a purpose to everything, especially when you go through a horrific experience... or you watch someone else go through it. At the time it’s very hard to see the lesson or blessing within it when all you feel and see is pain.

With awareness though, you will understand that every negative experience... every struggle can be viewed as an opportunity for tremendous growth rather than a time for suffering. It is through your lowest points in life that you gain wisdom and allow new-found strength to emerge.

We often need to experience low points in our life to gain the knowledge we need to know to enable us to experience the high points. Sometimes we have to take a look back at the events and connect the dots. Only then do things start making sense.

We will begin to understand that without loss we wouldn’t appreciate gain, without grief we wouldn’t appreciate love. Without death, we wouldn’t appreciate life and without fear, we wouldn’t appreciate love.

We need to have a conviction that everything that happens TO us, happens FOR us.

When we reach that point of awareness, after all of the struggles, the self realization beams through and we finally see the wisdom behind the subconscious choices we’ve made. Then clarity shines through.

We see the pieces of the puzzle begin to come together. The pain, the turmoil, the struggles and the victories, each are essential building blocks that are shaping us into who we are today in this present moment.

Sometimes all we can do is try to see things from a positive perspective and expect the best, even during the most difficult of times. It is all part of a perfect plan and by reflection we see why it had to happen the way it did...

____________the path in spite of everything. That's all there is to it.”
